We offer standard and expedited shipping - as listed in the available shipping options at checkout. Please note these rates could change periodically due to carrier inflations.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed Monday through Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours. All orders placed during the weekend or on holidays will be sent from our warehouse on the next open business day.
Revised Shipping Address
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once your order has shipped. If you need to make a change to the shipping address on your order, please email our team immediately and we will update the address as long as the order hasn't shipped.
International Orders
Oxford & Bo is able to ship Internationally to some countries. For more information please email our team for a customized shipping rate and availability. Please note that International shipping prices vary by country. International orders do not include duties or taxes. Fees will be due upon receipt.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Oxford & Bo and wish to make a return, we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. Please email our team for a return shipping label.

Restocking Fee
Please note that a warehouse restocking fee of $10 will be automatically applied to your refund amount. Only one restocking fee will be charged for each returned shipment (not per item). We recommend consolidating returns to avoid additional restocking fees.
